X2D II 100C Exclusive Registration Benefits - FAQ
1. Where can I find the serial number required for product registration?
There are two ways to check the serial number. Please note that the serial number is a combination of the letters “XU” and 10 numerical digits.
Camera Body: Remove the battery and check the serial number next to the QR code inside the battery compartment.
Camera System: Power on the camera and then press the Menu button twice on the right of the screen. Go to General > About to check the serial number.
2. Why did I receive a notification that my registration was unsuccessful? What are the possible reasons? What should I do?
Your registration may not be approved for the following reasons:
① No valid proof of purchase or serial number submitted.
② The purchase date entered does not match the date on the proof of purchase.
③ Incorrect product model entered.
If your registration was not successful, please follow the instructions in the notification email to make corrections or re-register, or click here to contact Hasselblad Customer Support.
3. How do I use my registration benefits?
If the product experiences a malfunction, contact Hasselblad Customer Support for assistance. Should a repair be deemed necessary, please follow the instructions to send your device to a designated Hasselblad official service centre. You do not need to provide any additional information or documentation, as the service centre will provide a quotation in accordance with your current entitlements, taking into account factors such as whether your product is registered, its warranty status, whether it is the first paid repair, and the results of their inspection:
During the warranty period, if the product is determined to have a performance fault by the designated Hasselblad official service centre, it will be eligible for free repair.
If the product is determined by the designated Hasselblad official service centre to require a paid repair for the first time, it will be eligible for a 15% discount on material and service fees.
