HASSELBLAD NATURAL NOISE REDUCTION (HNNR)
HASSELBLAD NATURAL NOISE REDUCTION (HNNR)
This noise reduction solution 1 is calibrated and optimised for medium format sensors, drawing insights from deep learning on hundreds of thousands of medium format images. With input from numerous Hasselblad Masters, the AI model 7 assures effortless noise reduction that rivals native low ISO quality across various camera models. Utilising the advanced neural network AI model and the robust processing power of smartphones 8, it can efficiently denoise 100-megapixel RAW photos 9 in approximately 15 to 20 seconds 10, producing results that look natural and realistic. In high ISO conditions, this feature enables cameras to transcend traditional limitations and adapt to a wider range of shooting scenarios. It is especially beneficial for the CFV 100C camera, which does not support IBIS image stabilisation.
You can choose between two modes. Prioritise Purity mode minimises image noise as much as possible, making it ideal for most scenes. Prioritise Detail mode retains some luminance noise to better preserve image details. Whichever mode you select, you will experience the signature natural colours of Hasselblad. Additionally, the AI model is finely tuned for urban landscapes and portraits, ensuring clean, richly detailed images in both high and low ISO settings.

REMOTE CAMERA CONTROL, PRECISION AT YOUR FINGERTIPS
REMOTE CAMERA CONTROL, PRECISION AT YOUR FINGERTIPS
Adjust camera settings, including aperture, shutter speed, and ISO, directly on your iPad/iPhone device via Wi-Fi connection. Then, transfer the captured photo to the app for preview.
X2D II 100C integration goes even further. Live view functionality on iPhone/iPad enables real-time adjustment of shooting modes, including continuous capture, self-timer, and interval shooting. Focus control extends to both mode selection and area positioning, eliminating the need to physically access the camera for complex shooting scenarios like self-portraits or time-lapse sequences.
The app can wake and connect to X2D II 100C even when the camera is powered off, and supports remote shutdown and custom camera naming. Firmware updates for both X2D II 100C and XCD lenses can be downloaded and installed directly through the app, ensuring your system always operates at peak performance.
