Chilean Patagonia Adventure in Remote Aysén Region
6th March - 13th March 2019
There is nowhere like Patagonia for a travel and landscape photographer to explore. That is why Tiny Atlas, Outpost Patagonia and Hasselblad have teamed up to bring you a retreat of a lifetime with hands-on medium format photography experience in Patagonia this coming March 6th-13th.
You will explore stunning terrain that changes continuously with ample opportunities for wildlife encounters, rushing water, and astrophotography. This small group of 8-12 will travel together from the pampas of Northern Patagonia, past towering peaks, to azure lakes. Enjoy meals of delicious local cuisine accompanied with some of Chile’s finest wines while staying in small lodges and glamping tents alongside the pristine Jeinimeni River.
Tiny Atlas Quarterly magazine and contributing photographers Dan Tom and Chiara Zonca will explore with you, providing tips and inspiration along the way. Dan and Chiara are known for their exceptional and cinematic landscape and travel imagery.
You’ll have hands-on time with the X1D compact mirrorless digital medium format camera system – making this an opportunity to expand your image-making skills and portfolio as you travel through the Patagonia.
Tiny Atlas Quarterly’s travel magazine and community is known for their fresh and authentic take on travel and for their Instagram hashtag #mytinyatlas with over 6.5 million posts to date. Their first book, My Tiny Atlas, published by Penguin/Random House, is available for preorder now.
