Now we are looking for an experienced HR supervisor to join our HR team in Hasselblad headquarter Gothenburg. As a HR Supervisor, you are responsible for HR-related duties and delivering company-wide HR solutions. This role's responsibilities range from recruitment coordination to termination management, including all daily people operations activities.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Hasselblad HR team localizing HR initiatives and programs aligned with the Global strategy and legal compliance.
- Liaise with HQ team and support management with HR solutions.
- Manage employee relations matters by identifying problems and driving solutions.
- Assess and execute talent management approach through career development, engagement, motivation and retention.
- Any other HR related duties may be assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology or other related majors.
- At least 3 Years of practical local HR experience.
- Bilingual in Swedish and Chinese. Excellent in verbal and written communication.
- Familiar with Sweden Labor Law, Regulations and Union Negotiation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Highly skilled at time management, problem solving, and conflict resolution.
- Ability to take initiatives and be proactive and confident.
