SCANNER SERVICING

If your scanner requires maintenance or service, we recommend contacting the original point of purchase. You will be advised if the service can be performed locally and given an approximate cost.

A selected number of regional scanner partners are able to perform local service, however certain repairs must be performed in the factory service workshop located in Gothenburg, Sweden.

The target turnaround time for scanner repairs in the factory service workshop is 5 working days (excl. transportation time). You will be asked for approval to start repairs if the cost is estimated to exceed 500€.

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

Please note that your Flextight scanner needs regular preventive maintenance. You will be notified via FlexColor when preventive maintenance is due.

HASSELBLAD IXPRESS CAMERA BACK SERVICING

All repairs and service on Imacon and Hasselblad Ixpress camera backs (including H1D Series) are carried out by an authorised third party repair workshop B23.
