충돌, 침수 또는 제품의 임의 분해로 인한 파손을 제외하고, 검사 및 테스트 결과 재질 불량, 제조 공정상의 결함 등으로 인해 제품이 정상적으로 작동하지 않는 것으로 확인될 경우 제품을 수리하거나 교체해 드립니다.

\\n다음 중 하나라도 해당되는 경우에는 무상 보증 서비스가 제공되지 않습니다：

(a)스크래치 또는 무단 세척 및 폴리싱으로 인해 발생한 파손；

(b)외부 충격, 먼지, 모래, 습기, 침수, 배터리 누액, 부적절한 취급, 임의 개조, 무단 수리 및 제3자 장비 사용으로 인한 파손；

(c)FlexColor에서 표시된 경고 메시지에 따라 스캐너의 예방 정비를 수행하지 않은 경우；

(d)운송 중 파손이 확인되었으나 수령 시 거부되지 않았거나 운송 업체의 파손 확인서가 발급되지 않은 경우；

(e)천재지변, 비정상 전압 및/또는 기타 외부 요인 등과 같은 불가항력적 상황으로 인해 발생한 고장；

(f)제품 사용 설명서를 준수하지 않아 발생한 장착·사용·작동 오류로 인한 파손；

(g)제품 일련 번호가 훼손되거나 변경된 경우；

(h)정식 구매 증빙 자료(예: 송장, 원본 영수증)가 제공되지 않은 경우；

(i)제품 성능에 영향을 미치지 않는 일반적인 마모 및 스크래치；

(j)기타 검토 결과 본 보증 정책에 해당하지 않는다고 판단되는 경우.

1.반품 및 교환은 구매한 국가 또는 지역에서만 가능하며, 요청은 위에 명시된 기간 내에 제출해야 합니다. 이 기간 내에 요청을 제출하지 않으면 제품 반품 또는 교환 권리를 포기한 것으로 간주되며, 이후의 요청은 접수되지 않습니다.

(e)천재지변, 비정상 전압 및/또는 기타 외부 요인 등과 같은 불가항력적 상황으로 인해 발생한 고장；
