Welcome to the Hasselblad H System Customer Care Registration. The first stage of the Hasselblad Customer Care program covers all current Hasselblad H1 and H2 owners. In the near future we will be extending the program to cover all digital Hasselblad products as well as to V System cameras. H1 and H2 owners who register before February 29, 2008 will be given the opportunity to take advantage of three special offers:
Offer 1. Special Extended Service/Product Replacement Option
This offer entitles you to a special extended serive warranty or replacement option for your H1 or H2 product. In addition to the standard Hasselblad warranty terms you will receive a 10-year from date of purchase warranty covering repair and spare parts service on all H1 and H2 products. You will also receive a five (5) year replacement option that covers you in the event of loss, theft or write-off of your camera for a period of five years from date of purchase.
Offer 2. Special Factory Refurbishment of Your H Camera
This offer entitles you to a complete factory refurbishment of your Hasselblad H camera at a special price of €995 net, a discount of more than €200 off the list price of €1,200. Refurbishment enables you to upgrade your H camera to the latest level of H2 technology and can be redeemed at any point prior to December 31, 2011.
Offer 3. Special Trade-Up Offer:
All current owners of Hasselblad H cameras can take advantage of this offer entitling them to upgrade their camera to the latest model configuration. This offer also covers Hasselblad H1/H2 owners with digital backs from other suppliers.
