Born and based in central Scotland and, having been an advanced amateur photographer for 15 years, I took the step, in 2010, of becoming a full-time professional photographer, concentrating solely on the landscape of the British Isles and, principally, on the mountain landscapes of Scotland and northern England, thereby combining the 2 passions in my life, outside of my family, of photography and mountain walking.
