After completing his photographic studies at Pasadena Art Center College of Design in the spring of 1989, Marc began working for book publishers such as Graphic Arts Center, Browntrout Publishing and Time Inc. He represented Canon Camera in several ad campaigns, as well as appearing on “Canon Photo Safari” which aired on ESPN outdoor block, for eight straight seasons. Marc photographed both editorial magazine projects and commercial advertising campaigns for such publishers/corporations as Kodak, Hallmark, Time-Life, Reader’s Digest, National Geographic, Leo Burnett, IMI, and McCann Erickson. His work has been published around the world in many venues and has been represented by licensing agencies including Corbis, Getty and Tandem. For the past 8 years, Marc has been teaching photography workshops around the world with his company Muench Workshops. Along with business partners, Marc has lead over 100 expeditions to places such as Africa, Iceland, Greenland and Norway. Marc frequently lectures for camera clubs within the US.
